These tools are generally comprised of electronic data gathering mechanisms, project planning guides, project manuals and various automated tool modules. By using the core methodology and updating any required templates, modules, or design documents, DSI’s project teams can craft highly specialized and fully customized implementation models in a fraction of normal times using less costly resources.
We then determine the proper resource model give each projects specific technical difficulties, timelines, and other challenges. Inherent in our model is the removal of time task and risk from the onsite implementation process. We are often able to eliminate the requirement for onsite high-cost resources.
